PSA Guidance on Assistance Statement
Please be advised that if you require assistance from the PSA in preparing for any civil or criminal matters, including submissions or defenses, you must provide at least 14 days' notice. In some cases, an in-person consultation may be necessary.
We also draw your attention to the PSA Donations statement. This statement outlines the conditions under which we accept donations.
To ensure that we can adequately prepare your submission, please provide us with 14 days' notice. This will allow us to gather the necessary information, review relevant documents, and draft your submission.
In some cases, an in-person consultation may be necessary to fully understand the details of your case and to provide you with personalized advice. We will contact you to schedule a consultation if we deem it necessary.
We appreciate your willingness to support the PSA. Please be advised that we are a non-profit organization and rely on donations to continue our work. All donations are gratefully accepted and will be used to support our mission of providing legal assistance to those who need it most.
If you have any questions about our services or the PSA Donations statement, please do not hesitate to contact us.
